i’ve been going to this local gym for a couple of weeks now.
here’s a plan of what i usually do - once a day on weekdays and after each meal on weekends:
(weekend) 1 hour of Pilates + 30 minutes of Abs/Thigh Workout
30 minutes of jogging on treadmill + 20 minutes of cycling or
50 minutes of cycling, depending on the day really.
